This Refund Policy governs all purchases and subscriptions made through UranusXTV, including but not limited to subscriptions purchased via https://uranusxtv.com/join/ (the “Website”).
By purchasing any subscription, plan, or digital service from UranusXTV, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
🪐1. NATURE OF SERVICE
UranusXTV operates internationally and aligns its procedures with:

🪐2. GENERAL NO-REFUND RULE
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once:
The account has been activated
Login credentials have been delivered
The service has been accessed
Streaming activity has begun
Digital services that are fully or partially consumed are not eligible for standard returns.

If UranusXTV offers a trial period, demo, or test access:
Users are strongly encouraged to test compatibility before purchasing
Trial periods are provided to evaluate:
Device compatibility
Channel availability
Streaming quality
Internet stability
Failure to test the service prior to purchase does not create eligibility for a refund.
🪐4. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS (EXCEPTIONAL CASES)
Refunds may be granted strictly on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Major Service Outage
If the service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due solely to a technical issue caused directly by UranusXTV infrastructure.
The following do NOT qualify:
ISP throttling
User internet instability
Device incompatibility
Regional blocking
VPN conflicts
Router configuration issues
4.2 Non-Delivery of Credentials
If payment is successfully processed but:
No login credentials are delivered
Support fails to resolve the issue within 48 hours
4.3 Duplicate or Incorrect Billing
If:
You are charged twice for the same subscription period
A technical system error caused overbilling
4.4 Legal Consumer Withdrawal Rights (EU Residents)
If applicable under EU consumer law:
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Service activation begins immediately after payment
You waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once service access begins
If access has not been activated, EU residents may contact us within 14 days for review.
🪐5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:
Dissatisfaction with channel lineup
Content removal or changes in channel availability
Temporary buffering or minor interruptions
ISP throttling or slow internet
Device incompatibility
Failure to follow setup guides
Use of unsupported apps
Geographic restrictions
VPN or proxy issues

Sharing credentials
Abuse, fraud, or misuse
Violation of Terms of Service

If your subscription is recurring:
You are responsible for cancelling before renewal
Cancellation stops future charges only
No retroactive refunds are provided for missed cancellations
Access remains active until the billing period ends

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Processing time: 7–14 business days
Banks may require additional time
Cryptocurrency payments (if accepted) may not be refundable depending on blockchain policy
Any transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted where legally permissible.
🪐10. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent account termination
Blacklisting from future purchases
Recovery action for unpaid services
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and authorities.
Users agree to attempt resolution directly with UranusXTV before initiating disputes.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to:

Copyright infringement

Credential sharing
