• Hate speech prohibited by law.

• Fraudulent schemes or deceptive practices. 

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any content without authorization.

• Record, stream-rip, download, or capture content where not expressly permitted.

• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

• Reverse engineer or extract source streams.

3.3 Reselling, Redistribution & Commercial Use

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

• Operate as a reseller without written agreement.

• Broadcast or publicly display streams in commercial venues.

• Use the Service for commercial redistribution.

Accounts are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly agreed in writing.

3.4 Account Sharing & Credential Abuse

You may not:

• Share login credentials outside your household.

• Circumvent stream limits.

• Use multiple IP rotation methods to bypass limits.

• Sell or transfer your account.

UranusXTV may suspend accounts for unusual simultaneous usage patterns.

3.5 Circumvention of Restrictions

You may not:

• Bypass geo-restrictions where prohibited by law.

• Circumvent DRM or technical protection measures.

• Use automation tools to access streams.

• Modify apps or system code.

3.6 Security Violations

Strictly prohibited:

• Attempting unauthorized access.

• Hacking, probing, scanning vulnerabilities.

• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

• Malware distribution.

• Phishing or impersonation.

• Data scraping or automated harvesting.

3.7 Interference with Service Integrity

You may not:

• Overload servers intentionally.

• Use bots or automation scripts.

• Exploit technical errors.

• Abuse trial systems.

• Create multiple accounts to evade bans.

3.8 Fraud and Payment Abuse

You may not:

• Use stolen payment methods.

• Engage in chargeback abuse.

• Provide false billing information.

• Manipulate refund systems.

Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors and law enforcement.

3.9 Harmful or Abusive Conduct

You may not:

• Harass staff or support agents.

• Threaten UranusXTV representatives.

• Submit abusive, obscene, or defamatory communications.

• Impersonate UranusXTV.
